At MAN Truck & Bus, we dedicate ourselves to a better world of work. The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on a HR Best Practices Survey, and moments like this are where we can further showcase and externally communicate our people practices and HR policies. The survey covered six HR domains and 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Well-being and more.

Our community
At MAN, we are always eager to contribute to our local communities. Recently, we had the privilege of Children's Hospices Across Scotland at Rachel House in Kinross, bringing a brand new MAN Truck cab along with us. Our visit was inspired by a young truck enthusiast staying at Rachel House. Sharing our passion for trucks with him, the other children, and their families was truly a joy. Many parents relished the opportunity to climb into the cab, examine the interior, and sound the horn. The wide smiles and laughter were the highlights of our day. We are deeply grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to bring joy to the children and their families. The feedback we received was heartwarming. Thank you, CHAS, for allowing us to be part of such a special day.
