    The pace in Parts Sales is fast but you’re never under pressure. Supported by your colleagues, you’ll answer time-critical queries across a wide range of our products. Our recruitment process

It’s important to us to make sure that we’re not only looking at technical abilities in the role, but more importantly, that your values and behaviours are aligned with ours. Because of this, we tend to vary the process we follow when recruiting at MAN, however our usual process involves:

Step 2

CV review

The recruiting manager will review your application and CV, in line with the Job Description.

Step 3

Interview

This can sometimes be phone/virtual or face to face.

Step 4

Offer

You'll receive your digital contract within 48 hours, and we'll guide you through the background check process with a third-party provider.
