  • About the team

    Our Marketing team works at the heart of the business to drive awareness, reinforce our reputation and manage our brand. That demands a variety of marketing skills and abilities all working together to amplify our messages and implement brand strategy.  

  • What it’s like to work here

    The team is made up of a diverse team of experts working across MAN on a wide range of marketing initiatives, from helping new starters to managing campaigns and events. It makes for an exciting, evolving environment where every day is different and the team are proud to work together to deliver results.  

  • Typical projects / tasks

    Across a typical MAN year there are many marketing initiatives to plan for. These include large scale external events such as the commercial vehicle show at the NEC, and internal events such as dealer and sales conferences. Throughout, there’s ongoing advertising, social media and PR to manage, digital brand awareness and lead generation. The MAN team also take part in localised events and activity where our customers are, while staying abreast of market intelligence and trends.

Our recruitment process

It’s important to us to make sure that we’re not only looking at technical abilities in the role, but more importantly, that your values and behaviours are aligned with ours. Because of this, we tend to vary the process we follow when recruiting at MAN, however our usual process involves:
