Typical projects/tasks
Our Bus & Coach team are dedicated to driving sales by focusing on customers wants and needs. So, they get to know our customers (and their customers) providing the information and communicating effectively to build strong relationships. There is also a strong emphasis on maintaining margins and upselling complementary services such as warranties and aftersales.

Our recruitment process
It’s important to us to make sure that we’re not only looking at technical abilities in the role, but more importantly, that your values and behaviours are aligned with ours. Because of this, we tend to vary the process we follow when recruiting at MAN, however our usual process involves:

Once you’ve applied online, your CV will be shared with the recruiting manager.
Step 2
CV review
The recruiting manager will review your application and CV, in line with the Job Description.
Step 3
Interview
This can sometimes be phone/virtual or face to face.
Step 4
Offer
You'll receive your digital contract within 48 hours, and we'll guide you through the background check process with a third-party provider.
