Our Bus & Coach team look after our customers across the UK and in Northern Ireland, enabling Sales, looking after the technical elements and registering vehicles.

The team also offers the prestigious NEOPLAN range, which offers customers premium coaches designed to their specifications, and offers passengers an unparalleled travel experience.

    Small but effective, the team deliver success by achieving the balance between maintaining close customer relationships and good communication with each other. The team spends a lot of time on the road and are responsible for managing their time in the best way possible.

    Our Bus & Coach team are dedicated to driving sales by focusing on customers wants and needs. So, they get to know our customers (and their customers) providing the information and communicating effectively to build strong relationships. There is also a strong emphasis on maintaining margins and upselling complementary services such as warranties and aftersales.

Our recruitment process

It’s important to us to make sure that we’re not only looking at technical abilities in the role, but more importantly, that your values and behaviours are aligned with ours. Because of this, we tend to vary the process we follow when recruiting at MAN, however our usual process involves:
