Why did you choose to work for MAN?

What do you get up to in a typical week?
Every week and day is different, from customer visits at one end of the M62 to the other and everything in between. I am involved with forecasting calls with both Sales Executives & members of the board within MAN UK. We have near 500 units to delivery every year within the region, so there is always deals to get involved with and get done.

What’s been your proudest moment at work?
Gaining promotion to General Sales Manager in January 2021. Now known as Territory Sales Manager.

What makes someone successful here?
Commitment, ability to work on your own and as a team pays dividends. The team ethos within MAN is second to none. Finally, do what you say you’re going to do.

How have you and your career developed since you joined us?
My career at MAN has progressed rapidly since joining back in 2016, I started as a Retail Sales Executive and with training and some good people around me I quickly moved through the ranks to my current position of Territory Sales Manager.

What’s the best thing about working for MAN?
The challenge of hitting targets and the sense of achievement when they are hit. At MAN there is a real sense of job satisfaction which is an important driver in my eyes.

My two sons and seeing how they are growing up.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise us.
Every year I tour different parts of Europe on my motorbike covering up to 2,000 miles in a week.
