Why did you choose to work for MAN?
The MAN brand is very close to my heart. My Dad had MAN trucks when I was young, and I became one of the first apprentices on their own ‘MAN Tech 2000’ apprenticeship scheme back in 1996.

Describe what it’s like to work here in three words?
Challenging, rewarding, friendly.

What do you get up to in a typical week?
I work within the Learning & Development department as a Technical Trainer designing the new digital content for our future courses.

What’s been your proudest moment at work?
Becoming MAN’s youngest Service Manager.

What makes someone successful here?
Drive, passion, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

How have you and your career developed since you joined us?
I have progressed from an apprentice to Technician, Workshop Control and Warranty/R&M Administration, Service Advisor and Service Manager. Now I am lucky enough to be able to pass my knowledge on to others through training.

My family. They never fail to make me proud.

We used to show dogs at Crufts.
