• Why did you choose to work for MAN?

  I wanted to develop my skills in HR and MAN’s values felt like the perfect match for mine.

  Connected, progressive, flexible.

• What do you get up to in a typical week?

  My spare time is spent studying towards my CIPD qualification, or going to the gym.

• What’s been your proudest moment at work?

  When the people and culture team took home the Team of the Year award in 2022.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Open to collaborating and learning from other teams.

• How have you and your career developed since you joined us?

  I achieved my CIPD foundation certificate in people practice and hope to have attained my CIPD associate diploma in people management within the next month.

• What’s the best thing about working for MAN?

  How flexible they are and how you have the autonomy and trust to make decisions.
