Everything. Whatever needs doing. It’s not about a title, it’s about getting the job done.

What’s been your proudest moment at work?
Taking my daughter on the 2016 Paralympic parade in Manchester as MAN driver for the athletes.

How have you and your career developed since you joined us?
With training, responsibility has grown and been rewarded.

What’s been your proudest moment outside of work?
My daughter, the only one out of 18 great grandchildren who was girl.

Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad.

Apart from trucks, I have fixed and driven steam trains.
