• Why did you choose to work for MAN?

• Describe what it’s like to work here in three words.

  Friendly, interesting, flexible.

• What do you get up to in a typical week?

  Some days include admin, branch visits, H&S involvement, on-site facility issues, project management. No two days are the same, it’s a very reactive role, which I love.

• What’s been your proudest moment at work?

  Supporting during COVID, main switchboard, taking all calls, post, banking, building support to ensuring the workshops were able to keep the vehicles on the road for customers.

  Getting the office ready for re-opening, ensuring safety of all employees, and becoming a Mental Health First Aider for MAN.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Being open and honest and a good team player

• How have you and your career developed since you joined us?

  Lots of different roles, from Compliance to Facilities and Property.  Lots of new skills learnt along the way with the support of MAN.

• What’s the best thing about working for MAN?

  Job security.

  My three sisters. Family is very important to me.
