Why did you choose to work for MAN?
The job description for the role drew me in quite quickly as it was easy to identify MAN’s vision/direction for the customers & their products.

New, Challenging (but in a good way), Rewarding.

What do you get up to in a typical week?
Customer Service Management is a varied role so it could be anything from visiting sites & customers, analysing data, complaints/queries.

What’s been your proudest moment at work?
Joining MAN has been my proudest moment of late, as I see this as progression in my career.

What makes someone successful here?
Its still early days for me, but from what I have learnt speaking to those around me is that commitment is key to the success at MAN. A lot of people have been with the business for a long time with no aspirations to leave, which speaks volumes.

How have you and your career developed since you joined us?
This is a new role for me (only 4 weeks in!)

What’s the best thing about working for MAN?
The values - they are simple and achievable which makes success and satisfaction so much easier for individuals.

What’s been your proudest moment outside of work?
Cheesy, but the birth of my son. I have a lot of accolades from playing rugby, but none top that day.

If you could invite 3 people to a dinner party, who would they be?
My wife, Tim McGraw (need good music), James Martin, (also need good food).

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise us.
I love country music, and the lifestyle – Dream Holiday - Ranching, Cattle drives etc.

What’s your favourite film?
This varies depending on mood, but I always pick movies based on true stories as I find they are more enjoyable and people can relate to them.

What’s your signature dish?
I love Italian food, but I had to pick one it would be Tagliatelle Carbonara.
