• What do you get up to in a typical week?

  I’m out in the field, prospecting and meeting customers. Any spare time is spent processing vehicles for handover.

• What’s been your proudest moment at work?

  Finally selling to a customer I had chased for 18 months. Persistence pays.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Enthusiasm, perseverance and a thick skin.

• How have you and your career developed since you joined us?

  I have developed my sales skills and understanding of the product and company.

  The quality of the product. We have, arguably, the best products in class.

  The birth of my daughter.

  When I was 16, I narrowly missed being caught in the Warrington bombings, by half an hour. I had walked past both bombs.

  Casino Royale.
