What do you get up to in a typical week?
Processing engineer’s vehicle repair job card write ups into eligible claims to warranty. I also liaise with stakeholders with regards to current and previous claims to ensure settlement.
What’s been your proudest moment at work?
Submission and payment of my first Adblue fault claim which are notoriously difficult to navigate.
What makes someone successful here?
Instigation and maintenance of consistently high standards.
How have you and your career developed since you joined us?
Have only been with MAN for eight months however personally I have developed my understanding of the MAN warranty processes.
What’s the best thing about working for MAN?
My department works as a team, we assist each other in all aspects of our job.

What’s been your proudest moment outside of work?
Achieving qualification as a mountain bike coach and helping other riders improve their ability to enjoy their riding more.
If you could invite 3 people to a dinner party, who would they be?
Geoff, my dearly departed best friend. Chris McCandless, an intelligent true free spirit who gave up his possessions, donated his entire bank account to charity then hitchhiked from South America to the Alaskan wilderness. Jimmy Hendrix, guitar legend!

I always put my left sock, shoe or glove on first. Don’t know why!
What’s your favourite film?
Terminator, a true low budget B movie classic from my early adolescence.

Can’t beat a good bubble and squeak made from leftovers!
