• Why did you choose to work for MAN?

  I was in the market for a new job and wanted to try a different industry from travel.

• Describe what it’s like to work here in three words.

  Evolving, driven and challenging.

• What do you get up to in a typical week?

  Liaising with trainers and delegates to support their needs, planning and coordinating training, invoicing, preparing & planning future training courses. It’s a very varied job so every week is different.

• What’s been your proudest moment at work?

  The Apprentice of the Year Awards – getting to see the future of the business and recognise their achievements.

• What’s the best thing about working for MAN?

  The people.

• What’s been your proudest moment outside of work?

  Having my daughter after I was told I wouldn’t have a child. Nine years later and five years of IVF, I was extremely lucky. I now wake up proud of my little miracle every day.

• If you could invite 3 people to a dinner party, who would they be?

  Adele, Sir David Attenborough and Sir Trevor McDonald.

• Tell us something about yourself that might surprise us.

  I did a skydive to raise money for help for Hero’s and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

• What’s your favourite film?

  Goonies and Home Alone.

• What’s your signature dish?

  Chicken in a cream and white wine sauce.
