• Why did you choose to work for MAN?

  I wasn’t happy with the direction of my previous career. MAN offered me a flexible change of career with the potential of progression that worked around my family. I really felt they had belief in me, being an extremely busy Mum of 4, it was nice not to feel stigmatised.

• Describe what it’s like to work here in three words.

  Trucks, Fun, Rewarding.

• What do you get up to in a typical week?

  Regular site and workshop visits, driving improvement in sales and processes. Speaking to different customers in different countries. No day is ever the same.

• What’s been your proudest moment at work?

  My first official deal to Zimbabwe, as I have never had any previous sales experience. Also driving a truck for the first time.

• What makes you successful here?

  Hardworking, encouraging others and a team player.

• How have you and your career developed since you joined us?

  My confidence has hit new heights, I am encouraged every day. I started my role as an administrator, then a year to the day I started my new position as an Export Sales Executive. 

• What’s the best thing about working for MAN?

  The flexibility around my young family.

  I am a fantasy football fanatic.
