What do you get up to in a typical week?
My role is to act as consultancy services for the business, dealing with any challenges the business has with products & leasing with internal or external customers.
Other than work, I go to the gym and I enjoy cycling. I also cook and read - I'm trying to read 52 books this year. -
What’s been your proudest moment at work?
Being able to deliver the RHD eTGE project to the market. This was one of the most demanding challenges I've ever had to deliver, converting 225 LHD eTGE to RHD during the pandemic.

What makes someone successful here?
Being able to adapt quickly, as we are in a very changing involvement with customers & the market changing so rapidly.

How have you and your career developed since you joined us?
I started as an R&M adjudicator. I have progressed & been promoted first to a sales engineer & now a senior sales engineer with a team that reports to me.

What’s the best thing about working for MAN?
The team - everyone from the board, through to the technicians, have a can-do attitude.

What’s been your proudest moment outside of work?
Cycling from Cirencester to Paris to raise money for Bliss Baby Charity.

As well as working for MAN, my fiancé & I run a successful property short-term rental business.
