We are recruiting for a Service Manager to join our team in Nuneaton on a full time permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of a workshop to ensure that the service department achieve its profit targets. You will maximise service, maintenance and repair revenue by agreeing additional paid work with customers; whilst maintaining tight control of costs all whilst minimising rectification costs. You will also need to explore opportunities for additional revenue outside of the current customer base and to market the Service Department to maximum revenue opportunities. As part of this role you will have full managerial responsibility for the workshop and therefore will manage all staff appraisals and people management topics therefore previous experience of managing a team is essential.
