We are recruiting for x1 Sales Support Specialist (Key accounts) to join our team on an 18 month fixed term basis. The team is based in our MAN Manchester office, though currently working from home.
In this role you will be responsible for managing MAN's Truck range through its entire lifecycle, from point of order and build through to handover and invoicing, you will project manage the full journey.
Our Key Account customers are some the UK's most recognisable companies, and have some of the largest truck fleets. Each customer has their own service level expectations and processes. You will be responsible for liaising with key contacts at these customers and ensuring both MAN and the customer's standards are upheld.
There are numerous internal processes that you will have to follow and you will deal with multiple stakeholders, whether that be the Key Accounts sales team, customers, external suppliers, or internal workshops ' you will be expected to work with them to ensure that key deadlines are met in order to successfully handover a customer's vehicle on time. You will even need to keep abreast of UK and EU regulations to ensure that vehicles are taxed and registered appropriately before handing them over to our customers.
In order to perform this role effectively, you will ideally have a background in a similar role, that could be working with trucks or other commercial vehicles, but motor trade experience would be a huge advantage. With that, you will ideally have experience of using systems such as ESA, Kerridge or SLI. Alongside this experience, you should have a proven experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, be good at prioritising workloads and dealing well under pressure. You will need to be resilient, have excellent time management abilities and a keen eye for detail.
