Financial Accountant

Do you have experience within financial accounting?Are you an analytical thinker with the ability to work well under pressure?

We are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our team in Swindon on a full time permanent basis.

Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.

In this role you will:

• Maintain financial control for all aspects of accounting and reporting of month end close for your areas and in month accounting and reporting tasks
• Work closely with other areas of finance and the business, build relationships, guide and instruct them where necessary to ensure accounting compliance adhering to our accounting guidelines
• Support the VW group accounting close and complete reporting for the areas of responsibility

Ideally, you will have a few years’ experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment. It would great if you have the relevant financial qualifications (ideally CIMA/ACA or ACCA), however we would still be keen to talk to you if you have gained relevant experience in this field as well without the qualification to go with it.
