Do you have experience of generating and developing sales leads?Have you got a demonstrable knowledge of how to identify sales leads using various channels?

We are recruiting for a Customer Lead Generation Manager to join our New Truck Sales team on a full time permanent basis.

Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.

The purpose of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities. To research and target potential clients, generate leads using a data driven approach and nature relationships with prospects. Responsible for analysing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation in conjunction with the brand marketing team . Ensuring compliance of MAN policies and identify risks to the business.

You will:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research, social media, and network events.
  • Develop and maintain the database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Analyse and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and customers
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

In order to perform this role effectively, you will:

  • Have experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Be confident to conduct meetings and converse at all business levels.
  • Be self-motivated and have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Have research and report compiling with presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritise a diverse workload.
  • Have the ability to analyse data and summarise the findings in a clear logical manner and make data driven decisions.
  • We are looking for someone with previous experience in the commercial vehicle industry as well as a full driving licence.
