  Because of the fantastic people and the ability to be autonomous with my area of responsibility.

• What do you get up to in a typical week?

  I am responsible for our current apprenticeship programme and expanding our early career entry routes into MAN. My week consists of checking in with our apprentices, attending meetings across the MAN network, supporting branches with their apprenticeship opportunities, and managing training provider contracts.

  Attending our annual apprenticeship residential event with over 50 apprentices. The apprentices had a great time getting involved in various activities and presented to our CEO at the end of the week. 

• What makes someone successful here?

  Being open to new ideas, getting stuck in and asking questions.  

• What’s the best thing about working for MAN?

  The people!
